If I hadn't had an invoice from last flushing of the tank I would have been charged almost 3 times more than that visit. I understand cost of business increase but I feel that is a bit extreme and makes me a bit hesitant to go forward with the other plumbing needs I have with your company. Corey was an excellent ambassador for your company.

installed a Defender pruronics unit in the garage. Jalama salt plan
Both toilets are 33 years old and should be replaced. Installed two new customer provided toilets. No warranty on toilets only labor against leaks on supply lines or wax seal. Any manufacturer problems or cracks in porcelain not warrantied. Checked for leaks and working great. Hauled old toilets away.
Looked at water heater and has been dry Since Saturday i found water heater temp all the way up so I believe the t&P went off and so I turned temp down one notch.

installed a micro max 7000 under kitchen sink with upgraded brushed Nickle Faucet
Replace ro filters, recaulk toilet in hall bath, repair tub drain in hall bath, adjust stopper in both master baths lavatory’s, and figure out why water heater is not hot. Installed new ro filters the tds reading was 35 ppm on reverse osmosis and 667ppm raw water. Caulked around toilet, repaired tub drain, adjusted pop ups on lav drains and increased temp on water heater too 140 degrees

pulled toilet and put a new wax seal In first stall of woman’s bathroom.
Pull and clean filter in septic tank and jet sewer line to septic tank Cleaned filter inside septic tank outgoing line. Jetted sewer line from clean out near pool towards septic. Blockage at tank lots of solids built up at tee and just before tank. Ran jetter back and fourth several times to insure line is open. Recommend septic pumped because of solids build up at inlet tee. Customer would like to be set up every six months to clean outlet filter, please set up reoccurring filter maintenance on this filter at septic
Ran cable and cleared kitchen stoppage under kitchen sink. No warranty on stoppages.

installed a sewer ejector pump and line up into the attic and tied in to existing toilet vent. Will need to cut some drywall. Not responsible for any drywall repair or any unforeseen utilities. Ran about 55 feet of 1 1/2 inch abs pipe in attic and strapped pipe.
