Very knowledgeable technician who is very proud of the work he does and especially when solving a difficult problem that isn't even covered in the Rinnai trouble shooting information. I'm very pleased and happy to have hot water again. For all of you out there with tankless hot water heater make sure you descale it once a year per the owners manual.
