The service tech was great and resolved the problem. Unfortunately, he drove off of the driveway and left a rut in the saturated ground.

I think it is ridiculous to pay 5.50 for gloves, and 5.50 for a few paper towels being used. Also 35 dollars for spray cleaner if I’m paying that I should get to keep the bottle. Also I used my debit card because I didn’t have cash on hand because i didn’t know how much it would be, so I had to spend another 17 dollars? The plumber was extremely friendly and worked quickly would give his service 5/5 but would not use you again because of all the extra crap you charge for.
