Got an appointment for same day, arrived in the quoted 2 hour timeframe. I appreciate the tracking option so I can anticipate when he would arrive. Friendly, explained things well and answered all my questions. Made sure issue was resolved and double checked to make sure before completing job. Courteous and respectful.
