I'd already dug the ditch for a replacement line, so he was able to come back the very next day with a crew to install the line. I was VERY pleased that Duncan had a same-day appointment available to come and check out my leaky water heater. The tech diagnosed the problem and was able to work out a permanent and less expensive fix than what I anticipated. Duncan has done other plumbing jobs for me and has done a fantastic job.
