The plumber from Duncan arrived earlier than the scheduled window (which was great!). He was very thorough, friendly, and explained everything clearly. My only issue was with the price. $500+ to snake a drain in 15 minutes seems a bit steep. But they are the only company who would come out in the short / urgent timeframe I had so it was worth the price to me.
