Our toilet broke (literally). Duncan came out and fixed it up in a day, did great work. Everything was clean and spotless afterwards. I've used them before and they are the only plumbing service I use.

Jorge Ortiz has done numerous jobs for us; his work is excellent and his pricing reasonable. This last visit he assembled a very intricate, complex faucet tub shower assembly and, using the available piping material, extended a shower bracket stabilizer in such a way that it looks like it came from the factory as part of the original assembly. His ingenuity is impressive.

The technicians showed up, found the problem within about 10 minutes (a clogged drain), presented me with the options, fixed it at the agreed upon price, and cleaned up. Very good service!
