First of all, Duncan plumbing shows up when they say they are going to show up. This is important to me as I am driving up from Santa Barbara to look after a cabin. I had several other plumbing companies fail to show up with no explanation. The Duncan office staff was superb at updating me on dates and times. Their staff always showed up (and on time). Their prices are competitive and Jorge, the plumber I have worked with, is courteous and professional
