I found company on the BBB website and called for same day service. They gave me a window of time and who the technician would be. Jerry arrived before time. I showed him the problem. He figured it out quickly, found the part and resolved the issue. I was very satisfied with the job done and so was others in my office. Thank you for a great experience!
