EaZy has been outstanding in every way, from customer service, communication, punctuality, work standards and follow up. The service technician on both visits was Tommy who both times demonstrated that he is knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and the utmost professional. The customer service department makes communication SO convenient, with text messages and email updates, and prompt responses by live persons!! Heartily recommended and will use EaZy for any future need.
