Needed a plumber for a property that I own where the tenant did not have running water to their tub. The plumber I usually use on my properties I could not get a hold of. I called Elek and spoke to Kelly ( who was awesome by the way) managed to squeeze me in during a challenging time with all the frozen pipes in the area and resolved the issue. Elek will be my plumber of choice morning forward Thanks to Kelly!!!!

great service but expensive for what was done

needed a toilet inspected for potential damage and asked for 2 faucets to be installed. Elek had someone out the next day! I only wish that when I'd asked Jonelle what the approx. rate would be to install 2 faucets, she could have told me that flat rate is about $200 per hour. It came out to $400 to install two faucets I bought from Lowe's. They were installed properly and many recommendations were given to me to update the plumbing. I have a bigger job coming up and would still use Elek for that but not for something that a handyman could easily do for half the rate.

The technician was to my home within 30 minutes. He explained the process and cost and went right to work. Job was complete in less than 15 minutes once started. Only downfall is the price. I'm sure I could have bought the equipment and done the job for much less myself. Kevin Adams was great!
