Replace 5 angle stops underneath kitchen sink and bathroom sink with quarter turn valves and 4 supply lines
Run new hot and colt water lines through attic and drop down in the walls to pick up kitchen sink, laundry, dishwasher, water heater, shower, bathtub, two toilets and bathroom sinks, cold water line starts from water service in back with new ball valve, hose bib and regulator, all new angle stops and supply lines for every fixture, new water heater with supply lines for water and gas, expansion tank and sediment trap for water heater, install two new moen posi temp shower valves
Install new shower valve in hallway bathroom, walls opened by customer
Clear clogged toilet in back bathroom with toilet auger
Saw cut and jack hammer up tub drain and toilet drain, move toilet drain back to 12 inches from wall, and relocated and upsize tub drain to shower drain from 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch
Change front hose bib with sweat on bib supplied by graham
Clear clogged kitchen line through clean out on outside wall
Backed up mainline, cleared stoppage from roof. Flush toilets afterwards.
Backed up main line. Cabled from roof cleared stoppage. Camera afterwards found multiple root intrusions. Estimate too install cleanout. Saw cut concrete in front of home dig down to sewer install cleanout hydro jet mainline to eliminate roots. Backfill dirt, install cleanout box and patch concrete.
Remove toilet stoppage. Reset toilet. Replace angle stop and supply line supplied by graham plumbing.
Replace lavi faucet supply lines and angle stops. Faucet supplied by homeowner
Install new water heater with ball valve, gas flex, supply lines, expansion tank, and gas sed trap. Old water heater removed. Install two new laundry bibs in garage
