Snake kitchen line. Stopped with grease, explained no warranty for snake. Recommended jetting
Backed up kitchen sink. Drop P-trap and cable drain line. Cleared stoppage. Ran water afterwards. No sign of food chucks being put down drain.
Remove leaking galvanized nipple and install existing hose bib in its place at water service
Clear sewer main through an access point on side of house
Replace shower valve in back hallway bathroom( includes new shower head, handle, faceplate, and tub spout, and valve) Access shower valve from opening up dry wall on backside of shower ,
Reset hallway bathroom toilet with new wax ring and bolts
Replace both hot and cold angle stops underneath kitchen sink
Remove old cast toilet flange Replace toilet flange, install new toilet (install only) replace angle stop and supply line
Supply line at water heater had pinhole leak, spraying onto stucco. Remove and replace with two new water heater supply lines.
Clear mainline stoppage through cleanout in back yard
