Completed comprehensive plumbing inspection for Braselton property. Home is approximately 15 years old with no previous documentation of system evaluation. Pressure tested main lines at 80 PSI - maintained pressure without loss. Inspected accessible water lines, drains, and fixtures. Notable findings include minor leak at master bath toilet flange and calcium buildup in shower heads. Water heater approaching end of service life. Provided detailed report with recommendations and prioritized repair options for homeowner consideration.
Customer stated that in master bath shower was leaking. Looked at issue and found that parts have been discontinued. Recommended customer to go to PDI or a plumbing showroom place to find new shower valve. Also water heaters are 20 years old and would recommend replacing them. Will send estimate to do so.
