Returned today to pull and rest toilet and install new stop for toilet. Customer stated that she did not want to replace stop today. Informed her when I pull the toilet that the flange could be broke. When pulling the toilet saw the flange was broke and informed customer. Gave customer estimate to replace the flange. Customer approved estimate. Cut out old flange from above and install new flange. Also installed new Jonny bolts and wax ring as well as resetting the toilet and caulking around the toilet. Tested all systems and all systems are working properly with no leaks or issues. Toilet leaking upon arrival. Customer stated she noticed water coming out when she flushed toilet. After looking at toilet informed customer we would need to pull and reset toilet. After getting ready to pull toilet went to shut valve off and could not get it to budge. Informed customer we would need to replace shutoff valve. Customer approved all estimates. We will return tomorrow to complete work onc
Diagnosed water heater and gave options
For this job, I worked on rebuilding toilet.
I replaced the pressure regulating valve in a customer's home. After performing the necessary diagnostic, I believe there is a second regulator buried in the yard by the meter that is reducing the pressure. I left a quote to dig up that area of the yard and attempt to locate the second regulator. This will help to ensure that the customer's water pressure is restored to its optimal level.

Performed thorough water heater maintenance: flushed tank, checked thermostat, and inspected anode rod. No sediment buildup, thermostat functioning optimally. Anode rod shows minor corrosion, but within acceptable limits. Advised client on future monitoring.
Responded to a plumbing issue in Brookhaven, GA, pinpointing a leaking pipe beneath the kitchen sink. Detected water pooling and dampness during inspection. Identified a cracked PVC pipe responsible for the leak. Employed pipe sealant and a repair clamp to fix the issue promptly, ensuring a dry and functional kitchen area.
