Customer called us out for leak in front of meter box. Gave starting price to bring out mini excavator, customer approved any repairs that were needed would be additional Leak detected in 1 inch PVC line near the meter after carefully hand digging around the area we located the leak at the metal to plastic connection upon presenting options to the customer. They approved replacing the affected section of the line. Additionally, the customer authorized us to remove the meter box clear out the mud and re- bed the box with gravel for better stability and drainage,We also replaced the failed PRV and it was positioned for easier future maintenance All work is tested and confirmed to be functioning as intended at the time of departure. Meter box and meter wires were damaged prior to us digging line. We are not responsible for those sensors compacted dirt as best as we could cleaned up area as best as we could. Customer stated that front Spicket wasn’t shutting off. Found that Spicket packing nut came undone and also that handle was stuck. Tightened down packing nut and was able to turn Spicket off. Will email customer quotes for hose bib replacement. No warranty on work done today

Just wrapped up water heater repair service in Canton. Unit was leaking from bottom tank connection and producing rusty water. Discovered corroded inlet pipe and failing drain valve.
