Camera scope sewer line customer is thinking of buying the home. Customer approved estimate through Tim. Sewer cleanout is in a very tight spot in crawlspace. Was only able to run camera 25 foot due to 3 pipe separations. On the 3rd separation my camera couldn’t make it over the hump. Informed customer to have the county come out and mark where the tap is so we can give estimate to reroute sewer line from crawlspace to city tap.
Augered upstairs toilet. No sign of back up occurring with any other fixtures. Restored flow to toilet. Flushed with and without paper 5x in a row. No further issue occurring currently.
Branch line blockage affecting hall bathroom and master bathroom. Blockage occured due to long run from the hall bathroom having no pitch. Showed the homeowner with my level the incorrect pitch issue. Cleared blockage and scoped rest of line. Bathroom on other side of house also has pitch issues. Left quote for PRV as there is not one installed currently. Homeowner elected to fix drain pitch issues himself. No further issue at this time. No warranty on drain cleaning. Reset toilet in hall bathroom and master bathroom. Replaced fill valve on hall bathroom toilet at no charge.
Replace approximately 60 feet 3” cast iron pipe for kitchen sink and washing machine, Replace remaining galv pipe water line with uponor pex and add prv to the main line, Camera / scope line from house to street
