Customer stated that the were having issues with Prv. Tested pressure and found that water pressure was over 120psi. Replace Prv and set pressure to 65psi. No leaks present at this time. Also customer stated they wanted cartridge replaced and send customer link to exact one to have it ordered.
Cut drywall behind refrigerator, installed customer supplied ice maker box . Remove needle valve was on hot water line . Corrected installed line to cold side .
Gas line to backayard grill was replaced underground and re routed through back of grill with new wall penetration. All fitting were tested for leaks .no leaks found
Installed customer supplied shower valve according to customer and manufacturer specifications. Shower arm is roughly 78 inches above the floor and shower valve is between 45-48 inches. Installed new valve centered on drain and strapped well in the wall where the old on was located according to customer request. Ran piping in pex and tested to ensure proper function and no leaks. Left 1 inch out of wall for dust guard to measure valve depth to allow for 1/2 drywall and 1/4 tile. There is no warranty on customer supplied materials.
Completed a water heater replacement and replaced the whole home shut-off valve. Removed the old water heater and installed a new 50-gallon unit. Replaced the shut-off valve with a high-quality brass ball valve. Ensured all connections were secure and leak-free. Tested the water heater for proper operation and verified the shut-off valve functionality. The system is now operating efficiently and safely.
