He sent the best, Kim. Kim arrived promptly and ready to resolve my issue. He assessed the problem and had a plan to restore my water system. Victor and his co-worker arrived with eagerness to help get the job done. Victor was very thorough and patient with me. Performed maintenance service on Zoeller M63 sump pump system in Loganville basement. Pump is approximately 3 years old and showing good operation. Cleaned debris from basin and checked float valve operation. Inspected check valve and discharge line - both in excellent condition. Verified proper electrical connections and tested GFCI protection. System cycling appropriately with no unusual noises. Recommended customer continue annual maintenance schedule to maximize lifespan of unit.
Reworked kitchen drain to eliminate leaking pipe and to bring drain up to code.
