I highly recommend Tim Chen and would call on him again should we have any future plumbing issues. He is personable and communicative, letting us know when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He obviously is a plumbing expert, performing his work quickly and efficiently, and explaining things clearly when I had questions about the nature of the work that needed to be done.
