Rebuilt flushometer with new diaphragm, top spud, and gaskets.

Replace water heater, thermal expansion tank, PRV, and main shutoff valve
Installed a new Moen Engage 8" rainshower dual showerhead system in the master bathroom. Removed the existing showerhead and arm using a basin wrench. Applied Teflon tape to the 1/2" NPT shower arm threads. Secured the new dual shower arm brace to the finished tile wall with anchors rated for wet locations. Attached rainshower head and handheld wand components per manufacturer instructions. Checked for leaks under full water pressure and adjusted angle as needed.

Replaced a 40 gallon gas water heater due to extreme age, reworked water lines and gas line to eliminate outdated pipe.
