Customer had an electric tankless that isn’t heating water properly. Informed the customer that we do not service or install electric tankless units. Customer has been in the home for at least 5 years, age of the heater is unknown. Pressure is 60 psi. Recommended installing a tank style heater in the crawlspace below. Customer will need an electrician to install an electrical hookup in the crawlspace for a tank style install. There is no gas running to the home for any gas water heating options.
Customer wanted to see where groundwater reservoir was located in property that might have Cleanout access according to plans for property. Ran camera in 6 inch cleanout and found that it 90s under driveway and ties directly into the sewer. Opened 3 inch pvc cleanout by right side of home and found it to be in a wye running alongside the house. Also ties into the sewer line. Found no evidence of either Cleanout running to groundwater reservoir. Both cleanouts run to sewer and were marked at around 14 foot deep in street and around 7 foot deep by cast cleanout lid in driveway. Customer needs to know location due to sewer hookup for house that will be built in corner lot.
