Replaced waterline from meter to home. Trenched new line around driveway. Moved location of waterline entering basement, as have unit was above existing entry. Sealed old entry point . New entry has been sealed and water proofed. Pressurized system and checked for leaks. No issues found. Now that water main break has been repaired I recommend contacting the water service provider. Also, due to the location and depth of this leak, I believe it may have been leaking for several months. Please ask the water service provider to check usage rates over six months.
Upon arrival customer stated that they had a water line leaking. Informed the customer that hot water line was leaking at the 90 but would have to replace tee as well. Gave customer estimate to replace the tee and 90. Customer approved estimate. Cut out old 90 and tee and replaced it with a new tee and 90. Tested system and system is working properly with no issues or leaks.
