Customer has just moved into new property and had a few items on inspection list to take care of. Replaced basket strainer on right side of kitchen sink. Replaced pop-up assembly in hallway bathroom. Shut down water to home and repaired stem on three handle shower. Left estimate for shower valve replacement. Advised customer on main shut off, washing machine, and water heater.
