Leak was not coming directly from work previously completed. I adjusted pipe length to allow threaded connection to be more in line. Toilet had multiple issues in upstairs hallway, bathroom and recommended toilet replacement stop valve.
Customer has just moved into new property and had a few items on inspection list to take care of. Replaced basket strainer on right side of kitchen sink. Replaced pop-up assembly in hallway bathroom. Shut down water to home and repaired stem on three handle shower. Left estimate for shower valve replacement. Advised customer on main shut off, washing machine, and water heater.
customers in the process of remodeling an apartment and wanted a quote on installing a customer supplied garbage disposal and replacing a diverter stem that they had already installed, but it is continuously leaking. Gave customer estimates customer declined estimates.
