A little pricy but would defiantly use the service again. I guess you get what you pay for!
Great service, expensive, but efficient and personable. Most important, he was available.
Great service. Very nice and friendly.
Most contractors are difficult to schedule with, don’t have the administrative side of their business well managed, and don’t provided hard quotes with itemized work done. Mr. Gray was punctual, responsive, and let me know when his busy times were so that we could plan ahead. His rates were exactly what I would expect from a professional tradesman working on a residential job, and his team did excellent work. I received an itemized estimate from start, and the completed work included pictures, itemized costs, time and adjustments, and a comprehensive abstract of the work done. Jeff came to install a hot water tank, but ended up also installing a kitchen sink with replacement lines, tub and shower line repairs, main line valve replacement, and removal of old unused lines under a house built in 1930, due to excessive leaks. In the end, the job took several trips, but Jeff worked with me on the timing and everything looks and works great now. I couldn’t recommend him enough; he is a true professional and it was a genuine pleasure working with him.
Response from Jeffrey Gray Plumbing:
Thanks for the great review. It was a pleasure working with you.
On time and loved the electronic paperwork and information. Truely a great company!
Of all the different service providers I have had in my home, I have to say, the plumber/Technician that came by to unplug my sewer line was very professional, experienced and a pleasure to converse with as he worked. I have used Jeffrey Gray Plumbing twice now and both times I have had the same technician and both times I have been a satisfied customer. I will use again should the need arise, hopefully it won't.
Extremely fast and knowledgeable company. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted plumber.
