I called on Friday afternoon New Year's weekend 2022 and was told there were only openings on Monday or Tuesday because they were highly booked and it was a holiday weekend. After explaining that my tenant had been without water for almost a week since the freeze, she called her technician Israel. He worked us in after his last appointment around 5 p.m. Isreal snaked the pipes from the inside, had the water back on, and working within 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind. I couldn't be more pleased! I own four rental properties, which are old and on blocks, and I often need a plumber. This is my new go-to company! Not going to mention names, but I had called another service a week before, and they told me that the pipes were frozen and that we needed to wait several days for them to thaw. The other two rentals, which are identical and right next door to this one, were not frozen and worked just fine. I asked if he could try to snake them, and he said this would not work. I waited till the weather warmed, and they were still not working. He said that we would have to re-pipe the entire house. I asked him again if he could snake the lines, and he again said no and that he would have to give me a bid for re-piping. He also said it would be sometime next week before he could begin the job. It's great to know that there are still honest and reputable companies out there!

Israel Aranda and his apprentice Cage did a fantastic job on our home. Israel is punctual and both of them were exceptionally professional, very courteous and gladly answered any questions on the project.
