Braden and Kyle came out to resolve the no hot water issue. We met Hannah the home owner and we found she lived on the 2nd of a condo. The water heater is 8 years old and Hannah was really interested in seeing what was wrong with it. We found that the door switch on the burner assembly had tripped. We believe this is because of not enough make up air in the closet room. We recommend to have louvered doors installed on this closet. After diagnostic we talked to Hannah’s husband Ryan and we walked him though their options. They chose to do a standard cleaning on the water heater to get it up an running. After we were done we started talking about water quality.
