Technician Mike responded to a call concerning a backed up kitchen sink and a slow draining tub/shower. Upon arrival the tech seen that both sides of the sink were holding water. The drain line can be seen in the basement. It is all pvc. The upstairs tub/shower in the hallway bathroom is slow draining. Water was ran. It’s drains but very slow. Multiple options were given. The tech then cleared a local clog of hair and gunk in the tub shoe of the shower drain. It is now draining correctly. Then Mike went to the kitchen and used a wet vacuum to drain the kitchen sink down. Disassembled the ptrap and cabled the line clearing obstruction. Tested afterwards by running water for 5 mins, doing a dump test and going to the basement verifying the water was draining all the way through the line. “3 Month Warranty on both drain lines”
