Technician Mike responded to a call concerning a main line drain clog. If any fixture in the home is used, waste and water will come up in the shower in the master bathroom. Upon investigation the Homeowner Matt pointed out an outdoor pvc clean out in the backyard. It was opened and no standing water was found. It is a one way clean out as well. Matt was looking for the original clean out closer to the house when Mike arrived. Multiple options were given. Mike explained that the clog is under the slab in the building drain and he would need to get on the roof and cable it through the vent stack to clear it. Matt signed off on this option. Mike did explain that he had to go get the proper drain equipment to cable through the roof. If Matt found the clean out while Mike was picking up the equipment there is a chance he could clear it through there. When Mike returned, Matt had found the original clean out a foot underground near the home. The sweep in the original clean out was wide e
