Upon arrival technician Mike was informed that the kitchen sink leaks from the left side basket strainer. The drain components were also very aged as well as the kitchen sink faucet. Upon further investigation the tech also noticed that the thermal expansion tank on the water heater was bad and needed replaced. Multiple options were given. The tech then replaced the left side basket strainer and all drain components under the kitchen sink. The thermal expansion tank was replaced as well. Tested everything afterwards.
