Excellent service

I thought I had a water leak, after inspecting he found no leak. Horrible crawlspace but he still went into the space to inspect for a leak. Confirmed at the water meter at the street that no water was leaking. I would recommend and use again.

Great Service

No one wants gas line repairs, but if you have to get them, go with Spartan. They gave us piece of mind that the job would be done right, and helped us navigate the confusing process of county inspections and how to get our services restored with the gas company. Braden explained what he was doing with the repairs/replacements, gave us different options and priced all options out so we could make an informed decision. The customer support line was also very helpful in scheduling and answering questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great same day service!

We were looking to replace a leaky toilet with an ADA compliant model. Braden answered all our questions and was able to get this replaced the same day! We chose a more expensive one-piece toilet for its compact size and ease of cleaning, which was our choice, but it made the cost higher. We would definitely call Braden again, thanks!!

Ben and Toby were very clear on what they planned to do and what the cost would be. They were very careful to keep the mess contained, and they kept working until the drain clog was completely clear. They represent your company well.

Alex was called out due to a suspicion of leaking water lines for the master shower. Upon arrival Alex was greeted by the homeowner and quickly explained that the incident that happened was due to trying to replace the shower valve and a pipe broke. Also, homeowner Bill was interested in getting quotes for capping the lines to the shower, installing a new shower valve, and finally options to replace the existing Jacuzzi tub with a new shower. Prices were quoted out from just capping the waterlines, all the way up to installing a brand new shower. When given options, Bill decided to just go for the waterline cap today but all quotes are being sent out to their email and Bill will give us a call if he decides to go with us for his bathroom remodel ! The waterline capping option Includes cutting into drywall to access waterlines in order to cap off existing waterlines going to shower. The work was agreed upon and began, the waterlines behind the shower were capped, and the water was turne

Braden the tech came out and met Ron and Hillary. They let us know that they do not have a lot of hot water and can hear water running underground. They have lived here for 13 years and have never had an issue like this. We suspected that they have a hot water line slab leak. We recommend to install some new shutoff valves for their water heater for testing purposes. We also found the water heater to be from 97 along with the water softener being just as old. The relief valve on the water heater is failing. Due to the age of the water heater we highly recommend to replace the unit. We must find the leak underground first. We have sent a work order over to Brandt Junker form Reliable Leak Detection. We have contacted Brandt and let the customers know that he will be calling them for scheduling confirmation. Brandt said that Wednesday looks good for him, but he wants to double check. - Find the hot water line leak in your home. - We will use many methods behind the leak locating servi

2/22/23 @ 2pm Nick returned to Jeff’s house to install a customer supplied kitchen sink faucet and two angle stops for the hot and cold side. Jeff purchased a Moen faucet. Nick did notice the stainless sink is a little warped and had to add extra silicone to prevent any leaks under the faucet. Nick let Jeff know of the sink. No leaks found after testing the new faucet. Nick also installed and angle stop for the dishwasher with a hammer arrestor with new adapter and braided line. The old line was hard piped in and was leaking onto the floor. No leaks after cycling the dishwasher multiple times. Jeff will install the bottom part of dishwasher after cleaning underneath.

Alex was called out due to a suspicion of a pipe leak in a crawlspace. Upon arrival it was found that there was a leak in the crawlspace that was caused by an illegal discharge into the main sewer causing cross-contamination. It was determined that what needed to be done was install a floor drain into the mechanical room to get away from the direct connection to the main sewer. It was explained that the softener discharging into the main sewer was not correct because if the main sewer ever backed up it could very well back up into the existing softener, therefore causing sewer water to go into the potable water. It was quoted out to install a floor drain and was agreed-upon thus the work was begun. Alex cut into the copper drain piping and installed a brand new fitting to use for the Floor drain, then piping was ran all the way up into the mechanical room. Once everything was back together the toilets and water was ran constantly, No leaks! There’s a one year parts and labor warranty o

We were called out to look at a leaking water heater in the basement. The water heater leaking was their main concern. We gave them many options to fit their needs and they let us know that they are getting multiple quotes. They were also interested in many other things in the home that we would have to set up a separate appointment for everything.
