Braden the tech came out and met Ron and Hillary. They let us know that they do not have a lot of hot water and can hear water running underground. They have lived here for 13 years and have never had an issue like this. We suspected that they have a hot water line slab leak. We recommend to install some new shutoff valves for their water heater for testing purposes. We also found the water heater to be from 97 along with the water softener being just as old. The relief valve on the water heater is failing. Due to the age of the water heater we highly recommend to replace the unit. We must find the leak underground first. We have sent a work order over to Brandt Junker form Reliable Leak Detection. We have contacted Brandt and let the customers know that he will be calling them for scheduling confirmation.
