Technician Mike responded to a call concerning water coming through the ceiling in the garage. Upon arrival Mike met Cierra who directed Mike to the garage. A hole was already in the ceiling from water damage and the master bathroom tub/shower drain components were visible. Mike then asked to view the water heater. Cierra showed Mike to the basement where a 50 gallon electric water heater is. Cierra stated that they have been running out of hot water. Mike then preformed a water pressure test of the home showing 70 psi. This is good. Mike then viewed the existing water softener. It is very aged and does not have salt in it. Mike then explained how a water softener functions. Mike then asked to view the master bathroom. Cierra directed him upstairs. At this time Cierra signed off on a extended diagnosis. Mike then removed the access panel behind the tub/shower. All the wet insulation was removed. You can see down into the garage. Mike then had Cierra turn the tub on. A leak was disc

Mr Cunningham contacted Spartan plumbing with water leak issue and drainage system. Preformed evaluation of drainage system and found hole in pipe where picture is hanging. Water tested this area and found active leak. Temporary plug added to pipe with silicone seal to allow for further testing of possible glue joint leak in basement. Silicone will need four hours to cure properly and will allow client to test for additional leaks that may present themselves client will also cut drywall at to allow access for detailed quote for repairs. Client is working with home warranty company.
Techs Jamie and Mike arrived to customers house for a non-stop running toilet Jamie diagnosed that the toilet needed to be rebuilt along with a new shut off valve. Jamie gave the customer 3 options he agreed to option B. Jamie replaced the shut off valve, professional grade fill valve, tower seal, stainless steel braided supply line, flush tower, tank bolts, tank gasket. Mrs Neiez Contacted Spartan plumbing with a American standard toilet flapper issue current flapper had broken at chain connection to rubber and needed replacement. Client also had concern with lavatory not draining correctly found large debris stoppage within pop-up assembly. Discounted today’s service 10% for being a loyal customer. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times with customer along with running water at laboratory verifying it draining correctly. No other services needed today verified with customer that she received a five star service.
Toilet in master bathroom is leaking from tank to bowl gasket. Causing the toilet to run intermittently. Bath tub in guest bathroom drain very slow. Sink also drains slowly. Both toilets are also grouted to the ground instead of sealant. Tech snaked sink drain and tub drain in hallway bathroom. 3 month warranty on both drain. Office personnel calling back to schedule toilet install date. Call Brent. Toilet is an American standard cadet, elongated. Current toilet is grouted to ground and will need removed. Shut off for toilet in master bath was a shark bite angle stop and was leaking. Replaced with compression angle stop. Toilet in hall bath was not flushing strongly. Raised water level in tank and dye tested to check for leaks. All good.

Auger sewer line under basement to clear obstruction. Ran from stack serving laundry tray to clean out by front wall of home. Filled and drained washer to ensure floor drain was not backing up. No back up found. Aaron to return at a later date to camera line.
Washer valves are leaking. Cold side is currently capped. Ice maker line and valve work fine, however, the line is currently not connected to the fridge. Shower valve handle is broken. Unable to turn the valve. Recommend new trim and handle. Client is selling the home and wants to be sure these things are functional. Pressure is 75 psi. Expansion tank is good. Replaced shower handle in hall bath. Replaced laundry valves.
This is Aim Surplus. It is a business. The toilet in the men’s handicap warehouse bathroom is making a squeal noise. This is a result of a failed fill valve. Recommend to replace the fill valve.
