Quality Service by A professional team member!

Julius was the plumber who came to fix the problem. He tested the issue before telling me his conclusion. The fix was pricey but he used quality parts that made me feel relieved that we wouldn't have this problem for a very long time. Very professional. I would use Spartan Plumbing again.

After arriving I was shown the basement by the wife. I started with a water pressure test of 70 psi and then a check of the old softener found that it is none repairable an will need replacement it is a whirlpool all in one unit. also looked at the water heater an found that it has a mixing valve on top. The expansion tank on top of the water heater is bad an needs to be replaced. There are a few water line problems that need to be addressed due to them putting unnecessary stress on the cpvc lines I talked to Marco about everything I found then asked him if there was any other problems he had or would like to address. Marco said as the water is now they don’t drink it an would like to see if that could be fixed too. I gave him estimates for the different types of filters an softeners an he said he would like to think about them. He said he would make a choice by the end he f the week we do offer financing thru GoodLeap -Three bath house with 2 adults an 3 children -the pressure

We were called out for concerns of a water softener implementing salty tasting water into the system by Steven. Since the unit where is a Culligan water softener we cannot service the unit or get repair parts. Due to the system being 20 years old we recommend to replace the entire system because of the life expectancy for the resin and the issue at hand. We found a home has 80 psi of water pressure and we also recommended a pressure reducing valve on the system to prevent any pressure spikes that would cause damage in the home. We also recommended to add carbon to their filtration system to take care of all of the additives the municipality places in the water supply. After further diagnosis we found that the exhaust pipe for the water heater was not sealed properly. Steven would like to talk to his wife Michelle about the quotes for today. We highly respect that decision so that both home decision makers make the right decision for their home. We will log a follow up call in the morn

Upon arrival tech was told the kitchen and laundry line would back up and have draining issues. Customers also stated that one of their toilets was now gurgling. The house is on a septic and has an outdoor cleanout. The septic lid was opened and the tank looks great. The outside cleanout was opened and had no standing water. Tech had customers flush both toilets. One drained, the other did not. Tech was then taken to the crawl space. The laundry and kitchen lines are the furthest away from the septic, they then tie into toilet that would not drain, then the second toilet, then exit the home to the septic. Improper fall and bellies were discovered in multiple places of the drain lines as well as improper connections. Multiple options were giving to snake the main and the kitchen line. Customer chose to do the main line. Customer also pulled the toilet himself. Technician cabled out 50 feet and tested afterwards by running water from the braided water supply line down through the toilet
