LaCassa is our go-to professional for anything plumbing related. They've installed tankless hot water heater, unclogged a troublesome HVAC condensation drain line, replaced a toilet, and most recently solved a basement flooding issue by replacing a sewage ejector pump and sump pumps. They are professional, prompt, and always provide me with multiple options to correct a problem. I can't say whether pricing is relatively good, but based on all of my experience I think they are competitive.

I couldn’t have been happier with LaCassa Plumbing. Due to the intense storms this past weekend, my power went out causing my sump pump to stop working and my basement flooding. My sump pump was older so even though it was still working after the power turned back on, I knew I wanted to get a new system with a backup battery. That’s where LaCossa Plumbing came in. I called them early in the morning before work hours and received a call from one of their owners less then 30 minutes later. He helped calm me down and said he will have a technician to my house within the hour. Mike G. Came over, assessed the situation and gave me his recommendation, and once I agreed, immediately started working on installing the new system and was done within 2 hours. They went above and beyond to help me and followed up a few times afterwards to see how things were going. I highly recommend LaCossa Plumbing for anyone in the market for plumbing services. Mike G. even stopped by the next day to ensure the system was working well and that I was still happy with my services and new system.

LaCassa's plumber, Matt was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. He listened closely to our concerns and checked all parts of drains and sewer system which may be at issue. It was refreshing that Matt did not apply any pressure for additional work and, instead, offered my wife and me several options to consider. We will definitely call LaCassa as plumbing needs arise and highly recommend this company!

Was having a C work done today when the AC technician notated to me that there was a leak in one of my outside lines for water. I called and Matt came out same day and I couldn’t be happier. He was friendly courteous of my time and overall got the job done in a quick professional manner.

Yesterday, Friday evening, I found out there was no hot water in my house. After a Google search I chose LaCassa Plumbing to help me. I sent them a message and this morning they sent a technician to help. Mike explained the problem and showed me my options. He is polite and professional.
