I had my sewage sump pump fail and LaCassa came to the rescue. Within 24 hours, the tech came in and fixed the issue. He took his time to explain what he was looking for, what he found (failed pump motor), and fixed the issue. He also checked my other sump pump to make sure that was ok. Pricing was reasonable. I am confident of LaCassa and I trust their work. I have used them for the last 4 plumbing needs and I will continue to do so.

Mike, came back to finish up our plumbing needs as scheduled. He was running a little late, but the office called to let me know. I appreciate that they were respectful of my time. Mike came up with solutions when problems arose and completed every thing that was promised. He left his work space clean and took all the trash with him.
