We were called back immediately after submitting a request, the technician was dispatched shortly after, and when our technician Jimmy arrived he was great! Jimmy checked everything, quickly identified the problem, gave us some things to watch for in other areas, and then quickly swapped out the parts we needed to replace. Everything works great now!
