Mike showed up in a timely manner and took the time to survey the job before he even started. Knew exactly what was needed. His demeanor was encouraging, and that's a good thing when you have a job you know you can't do yourself. Very very clean, shoe covers and floor protection was professional. Job was performed quickly and competently. When I need a plumber again Mike will pay of the reason I call LaCassa again.

Since she is so busy and business has grown, she no longer answers the phone and miss hearing her friendly voice! But they now have Nicole who is just as friendly! I have used LaCassa for my plumbing needs a few times now. The men are great! Today, Jimmy and Eric worked together to get a 50 year old pipe lose, removed it and replaced it. I'd say it was a workout! But they did it and it was done professionally. They are clean as they put a LACASSA Logo Tarp at your front door, they have shoe coverings and they take care in cleaning up their work areas before they leave your home. LaCassa Plumbers explain what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix and repair. At times you may have options available and they explain that too. They are professional, polite and their pricing is reasonable. This is a family owned business that treats all customers as their neighbor.
