LaCassa's plumber, Matt was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. He listened closely to our concerns and checked all parts of drains and sewer system which may be at issue. It was refreshing that Matt did not apply any pressure for additional work and, instead, offered my wife and me several options to consider. We will definitely call LaCassa as plumbing needs arise and highly recommend this company!

Yesterday, Friday evening, I found out there was no hot water in my house. After a Google search I chose LaCassa Plumbing to help me. I sent them a message and this morning they sent a technician to help. Mike explained the problem and showed me my options. He is polite and professional. I have other plumbing work to be done, and I will call LaCassa again and hopefully Mike will come back to do the work.

Love LaCassa Plumbing! Called today and my doorbell was ringing 30 minutes later. And Marissa is fabulous! Since she is so busy and business has grown, she no longer answers the phone and miss hearing her friendly voice! But they now have Nicole who is just as friendly! Their work is exceptional and staff is very professional. So hard to find a good plumber but don't need to look any further, found mine!
