Excellent plumber, honest and efficient

Matt did a great job resetting my toilet. It was making shifting noises when you sat on it and I was worried it was loose or would crack and flood my first floor. I am super glad I called La Cassa because I know Matt reset it the right way without damaging my toilet. A previous contractor suggested just tightening the bolts, but Matt explained to me the various parts and how over tightening the toilet could crack the flange and cause it to leak. I really appreciate Matt’s excellent work but also appreciate how patient he was taking time to explain things to me. They are probably on the pricier side but I know they are doing things right and they really care about the service they provide. I will call La Cassa and Matt for any future plumbing needs! The only suggestion I have for the business would be a pricing sheet available before the consultation. I know it’s hard to guarantee pricing without seeing a job but it can be helpful to have a range to baseline expectations.
