We had a small leak in the Refrigerator valve when the movers disconnected the refrigerator to load it in the truck .We had to get it fixed right away since we were moving out of town. Jessica at Majestic Plumbing was great in getting us one of their Techs to arrive on July 4 weekend early in the morning. She kept communicating assuring us everything will be fine. Josh arrived early and was excellent and explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Did a great job in the chaotic environment with movers loading rest of our stuff ion the truck. We have used Majestic before and they do a quality job while keeping the cost down.

Yesterday was the second time within the past month that Harold D from Majestic has rescued me from a possible plumbing disaster.....first with my dishwasher several weeks ago, and yesterday with my hot water heater. When he discovered my HW heater was beyond repair, he was able to stay on the job and replace it with a new one, without having to reschedule at a later date as I had feared and anticipated. Majestic does know how to take care of their regular customers, and I will continue using and recommending them in the future.

Majestic has been the only plumbing biz I've ever had do plumbing work at my current residence, since I have been very pleased with their work. Today was no exception as technician Harold Dodson replaced a faulty hot water valve and installed a new dishwasher for me. Was right on time, no problems everything went very smoothly without any glitches. Harold was very informative, good conversation and even gave me a much needed lesson in home plumbing maintenance, he is more than welcome whenever I need work done in my home. And the office staff staff has been great about scheduling, never having to wait long for a tech to be dispatched. Overall, a great company to work with, with the good old fashioned work ethic.

We have a Kohler Rising Wall Tub about 8 years old. Never any trouble until few weeks ago. Long story short, Kohler did not have anyone (Kohler certified plumber) less than 200 mile radius who would attempt a service call. They pretty much said they could not help me. Called Majestic who had done work for us previously and we were very satisfied with the work. The person who answered the phone was very sympathetic and found someone on staff willing to at least look at it--not having seen one before. After looking things over, Bob called Kohler technical support by phone and spent 3 hours trying to repair the tub. (Had to order a part from Kohler). Although a couple of the clever original features do not work, it is now serviceable and I am pleased to have a working tub. The diligence and patience exhibited by Bob was exemplary. Major plumbing work done previously by John with the same company was also excellent. Majestic is reasonable and fair and they go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Will call them right away if any further issues in our home.

Cleared blockage of hair in hallway bathroom shower. Cabled line through overflow pulled back hair. Ran water and filled tub up to ensure proper functionality of the drain. I was able to get a good vortex.
