I have been a long-standing client of Majestic and have received excellent service on both plumbing and electrical. Most recently J J, repaired and electrical issue which was not an easy project as I live in an older home which has been renovated over the years. He stuck with it until he found the problem and took care of it. He also installed a ceiling fan and went out of his way to get a longer pull chain for me and an extender so the fan would be at the right height for my high ceiling. He gave great service and he was a really nice person and pleasure to work with.

Charged $530 to tell me the flush valves in my toilets needed to be replaced. Wanted $940 to replace 3 flush valves. No thanks. Never calling these people again.

Shawn from Majestic Plumbing was great in explaining what all needed to be done to replace a basement water heater. Our 100 year old building has no equipment that is easy to replace, but Shawn and his helper handled the work well, were prompt and personable.

Phil and his team did a superb job. Scope included running 100! of new below ground gas piping, installing new water service for the sink. Project took over a year to complete due to City of Atlanta permitting process delays. However, Phil stuck with it for us until the end. Could not be happier!

Attempted to remove old crumbling insulation and replace with new.
Replace moen posi temp cartridge in upstairs guest bedroom bathroom (kids bathroom) 90 day warranty on labor and material supplied by majestic plumbing and electric
Install customer supply gas control valve current heater is a 2018 heater if the heater has not been flushed salmon can cause rust on the threads with the gas control valve goes into the heater we are not responsible if the thread stripper break if this happens the heater will need to be replaced 90 day warranty on labor not on water leaks
Replace tankless water heater with comparable model currently coating out with a code 10 which is an intake issue or exhaust issue the unit was only serviced one time back in January it was installed in 2011 never had any issues out of it until this past year and customer request a quote on just replacing the unit it would be a one year warranty on labor and any manufacture warranty I will also include one free flushing for a year after it’s installed
1 inch copper 90 is leaking in the ceiling next to the stand mixer and prep sink on the hot side 90 warranty on labor
Replaced Gerber/ Danze shower cartridge in hallway bathroom shower. Replaced shower arm and head with new customer supplied Moen shower head. Tested for leaks and functionality and found everything to be tight and properly functioning.
1.) Cyclone mxi water heaters need to have “bird proof†terminations 2.) Furnace in attic needs to have a gas connection repaired due to leak. 3.) Left side drier has a gas leak occurring on the “union joint†that needs repair.
Flushed tankless water heaters and cleaned intake filters. Tested units for functionality and found them to be working properly and communicating properly between the units.

RESOLUTION Hydro jet Sewer or Drain Per/hr Jetting equipment cleans pipes best because the water pressure can cut through grease and other built up solids on the walls of your pipes.. Drain cleaning is not a repair. If the line is broken and or separated the only proper way to repair is to access the problem area and repair. Majestic is not responsible for any damage to lines while cleaning, cabling or jetting them out. We are charging for the attempt to get the lines flowing.

This will be for us to replace the blower motor assembly and also to test the water heater after installation. âš ï¸Special ordered parts Attention: Revised estimate!!! This is a modification of the previous estimate that was sent out. The price has changed due to limited availability. 🎗The expected ETA of the blower motor is the beginning of March of 2022.
