Kitchen faucet was dripping due to the age and the grade of faucet that was in the kitchen I recommended the customer replace the faucet with a new faucet. There was a leak on the hot side gate valve in the laundry room due to loose packing nut. Tightened the packing nut and the leak was fixed. In the master bath there was a leak behind the wall in the closet the location of the leak mixed with the fact that the saturation had dispersed lead me to believe the culprit of the leak was either a grout line that was not properly sealed or water was traveling from the outside of the shower into closet through the trim around the door frame.
install a 2 way clean out out side of the house where currently bull horns are installed which is against code
