Cleared blockage in p trap with auger. Pulled back two forks some straws along with other miscellaneous debris. Recommend adding a a drain cover and potentially do a maintenance jet job with a focus on the bar area.
Replace rear hose bib is leaking and not shutting off I recommend to replace it 1 year warranty on labor

Basement bathroom need to be finished with trim out (toilet set, emergency stops put in for the vanity, and for the toilet the loan vanity still has to be built set in place and for P-trap to be put in for faucets and drains for the vanity). Told the customer would be roughly about $1,300
