Replace fill valve in bed room next to the mast bed room bathroom 90 day warranty on

Digging up the yard of where the repair was done to access the water pipe after the neighborhoods been shut down to attic a fish line in to fish it up the pipe of the water service until I’m able to find or get a rough whereabouts of the shut off valve.
Customer had some cracked tile in the master bathroom
Currently the whole house is backing up coming out of the floor draining the basement it is on the interior of the Home we ran water in the clean out outside now outside and it is not backing up into the house there's no warranty on drain cleanings
