Had a severe outside water leak of indeterminate origin; called Majestic who sent a technician (Eric) to assess that same day; water line replacement was done 3 business days later (all this during Covid-19 restrictions). We experienced extreme rainfall in the area the following day - as the county inspector had not yet approved the job, the pipe trench was still open; Eric (called and) came back to the house to ensure that no water was entering the garage until the job could be completed. That level of customer care is outstanding!!

Currently the drains are to low because of a deep sink being installed I recommend to in stall a garbage disposal it would give use the distance we need 1 year warranty on labor Also remove dishwasher No warranty Could not install garbage disposal

Currently the customer has a leak in the slab under the garage according to the leak detection company we would brake the slab up to do a repair and pour concrete back if it was a Miss located we are not liable and we had to charge a fee of $800 for breaking the concrete and pouring it back 1 year warranty on labor The location was wrong the first time we came out We did a reroute on the hosebibb Another leak showed up while we were work It appears to be under the slab feeding the washing machine
