Had a leaking disposal that was leaking into my partial basement (this occurred during the first week of the Corona Virus event in Georgia). I called my home warranty company (American Home Shield), and they had a 5 day wait. Typical. I called Majestic on a Friday morning at 8:15AM, and he arrived at 9:30.

Cartridge in the basement bathroom next to the outside door is passing water. The thermal expansion tanks on the water heaters are ruptured I recommend to replace them and the cartridge in the shower valve one year warranty on labor for replacing the door more expansion tanks unless the pressure regulator valve goes bad during that time causing the new times to go out and I’ll be a 30 day warranty on the cartridge replacement

Customer has a A.O. Smith with a Honeywell gas control valve which stopped working A.O. Smith sent the customer a new gas control valve so we installed as a customer that supplied part we also replace the burner assembly because A.O. Smith supplied it as well
Currently the point of use water heater on the lavatory in the women’s bathroom is not functioning I recommend to replace it will be a 90 day warranty on labor
Install a Liberty PRG101A with a quiet check valve to currently operating system.
