Great job and quality of work

Santos was assigned for last part of the slab leak. Was fast, and completed with quality. Price was very fair given today’s market. Rated 4 for convenience due to no weekend availability but other than that was an excellent job and will be utilizing services for all plumbing needs. Both techs were awesome ( multiple appointments).

Customer was concerned about length it takes to get how water. Showed him the path of the hot water main through the unfinished basement to show him there is no issues it just takes a while for the water to travel through the pipes. Built a complimentary estimate for customer for a recirculation pump with a cross over tee so we do not have to run a dedicated return line. Job is completed. Estimates ready to send.

This change order is based on the changes to the scope of the job. The original job was all priced based on wood structure being framed, with a wood structure we would have completed the job in the first trips out. With the new layout being changed to a concrete slab this required excavation for the fixtures. This also requires a second rough for the walls once everything is framed. During the rough-in phase, there were some items added to the system. First, the dishwasher location changed and was moved from beside the sink to an island setup. This required changing the drain lines and water lines to accommodate the new location. Second, a hose bibb was added fro outside by the hot tub area. The original location for the dishwasher allowed the piping to tie into the kitchen sink area as normal. Please note this change order information is based on the Tech onsite and the changes that were requested. I have listed each line out below to accommodate the changes that were required.

Customer Stated: Their toilet as not shutting off completely, and would take a long time to fill up. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the toilet fill valve was no longer functioning, and was causing water to overflow into the flush valve tube. I found that this toilet is located in the upstairs master bathroom of home, and is only five years of age. This is a this is a dual flush assist Gerber elongated toilet. I presented options to have the toilet replaced, and to have the fill valve replaced along with supply line. The homeowner elected to move forward with replacing the fill valve along with supply line as she was moving within the next year and a half. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove the existing fill valve, and replace with brand new valve along with steel braided supply line to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. I flushed the toilet several times with no further issues. Job Status: Complete Estimates: Sold
