Called out to look at a stripped shower handle and a toilet issue.
Performed an inspection. I found everything is in good working condition.
Customer called about a leak, I find another one 5 ft away from the one I had fixed.
Out today for an emergency call regarding a severe leak in the garage causing black mold, I found a pinhole on a 1/2 inch copper line.
Out today to perform water heater flush on a 50 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater.
Performed a Water heater flush. The water heater was still within manufacturer warranty.
Perform an annual plumbing inspection. The homeowner's garbage disposal is leaking. We will return to replace.
Performed a complementary home inspection for a member, I checked pressure hose bib back. It was 50 psi. No issues found today .
Customer call about replace water heater I find he has a 120v on the heater he has now to install new 40 gallon tank he need 220 v power
