CUSTOMER STATED: upstairs hall bathroom was clogged and water was leaking out of toilet from base TECHNICIAN NOTES: when I went to toilet and turned on the valve it filled up almost to the top. Plunged the toilet and the toilet cleared. Ran water down from lav shower and flushed the toilet for 15 minutes and could not get the system to back up at all. Informed customer that if the issue returns to call us directly as there may be an issue in the main line for this bathroom and there is no clean out for this bathroom. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: cleared toilet stoppage with plunger JOB NOTES: build estimate to pull and reset hall bathroom toilet run sewer machine and camera if issue returns.
