**GIO NOTES 4/18/24** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Kohler elongated toilet located in the main level master bathroom. I found that the tower flush assembly had broken, and was called out today for replacement. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove flush tower assembly, and replace with brand new assembly along with fill valve to help fix/prevent any future plumbing issues. I tested/flushed toilet numerous times with no further issues or leaks.
