Technician Santos, is very personable and knows his stuff. He made an observation of our water pipe leak issue, diagnosed and explained it, quoted a fair and upfront price, then got right to work. Technician Santos, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and his follow-thru inspection of the work and how he communicated with transparency shows he is a man of integrity. If we ever need to call on My Georgia Plumber for service again we will be requesting Technician Santos for the job.

I had great service from yall. The only gripe I have is that I never received phone calls letting me know when they will be arriving. This made me have to call two more times to justvtry and find out. But they were quick to fix the issue and also informed me of another fix that I would need in the future.

Out today to address concerns of a stain appearing on the ceiling in the garage above the water heater.
The customer stated she has a leak with her garbage disposal under her sink in her kitchen. I discovered a leak coming from the bottom.
Replace the gasket on the toilet on the main level with customer supplied gasket.
Called in to handle a customer complaint of a broken toilet handle.
Upstairs master/ guest bathroom tubs and toilets are backed up. In order to solve this issue we will have to pull/ reset one of the toilets and snake the line.
Performed inspection on 3-bathroom house . The customer has concerns with slow draining sink in the kitchen and lose facet in the upstairs bathroom.
The homeowner complaint is that all the toilets are clogged. We found that all the toilets are clogged toilet paper and the contents in the toilets have hardened and dried out there are sewer flys in all the toilets.
Call about water heater leaking, upon inspection found a 17-year-old 40-gallon natural gas ao smith water heater leaking internally.

CUSTOMER STATED : Floor is wet from leak in wall coming from laundry area. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence for the concerns of there being a leak within the wall in the laundry area of the home. Home is vacant. After removing drywall around existing washing machine box, we found the the leak is due to a leaking 1/2 inch CPVC 90 and the FIP connection to the cold side of the washing machine box valve. While on site I have also found a malfunctioning pressure regulating valve. Water pressure read at 50 from water heater but dropped 10 pounds when turning on kitchen faucet. Homes NTE is $350. RESOLUTION : Replaced cold side valve for the existing washing machine box and made necessary pipe modifications to the CPVC 1/2 piping. After making repairs, home has been fully pressurized and repairs ,are today are showing no further concerns at this point in time. JOB NOTES : Need to bill bridge homes for repairs made today.
