Great Service, Awesome Price

Technician Santos, is very personable and knows his stuff. He made an observation of our water pipe leak issue, diagnosed and explained it, quoted a fair and upfront price, then got right to work. Technician Santos, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time and his follow-thru inspection of the work and how he communicated with transparency shows he is a man of integrity. If we ever need to call on My Georgia Plumber for service again we will be requesting Technician Santos for the job.

I had great service from yall. The only gripe I have is that I never received phone calls letting me know when they will be arriving. This made me have to call two more times to justvtry and find out. But they were quick to fix the issue and also informed me of another fix that I would need in the future.

This estimate is to replace the 40 gallon natural gas short water heater in the garage utility room along with the Prv, main home shut off, and hose bib shut off. The water heater is on a stand in a corner but the room is cluttered. Home owner is responsible for removing all obstacles in the way of the water heater in photos mainly the big freezer blocking the door. The Prv and shut offs are behind the water heater. 03/21/24 lee b Came out today to install new Prv and shut off valve with new water heater as well Shut down water to the house Drained down the house Cut out old shut off and Prv and shut off for the hose bib Replace Prv and shut off valve on main water and replaced water heater. Stated.. pipe connections Tech notes.. came out to build an estimate to reconnect 2 pipes in the utility closet of unit 620, while on site found a 3/4 in pipe that was cut and needs to be reconnected. In unit 601 was told there was a leak while on site found lots and lots of black mold and sewage all over the kitchen floor. No leak located. Unable to check unit 605 (the unit above 601) for leaks as we believe that is where the problem is originating from. Estimate to replace upstairs hall bathroom toilet with fall special toilet **GIO NOTES** Resolution: I was able to successfully remove the existing failed elongated toilet located in the upstairs hallway guest bathroom, and replace with brand new western fall special toilet with no issues. This is a complimentary estimate for My Georgia Plumber to disconnect the water heater while water damage is repaired. We will loop the cold supply line so that the building still has water. While on site, the service technician will verify the scope of work for repair and update the customer on 2nd appointment to reinstall the water heater and complete repairs. CUSTOMER STATED: upstairs hall bathroom toilet keeps clogging up. We are the 5 visit for the same issue TECHNICIAN NOTES: found upstairs hall bathroom toilet clogged. Managed to plunge toilet to clear the line. After testing found the toilet is flushing fine with paper. After using an above average amount of paper the toilet clogged again. Informed home owner that the toilet is old and likely needs to be replaced with one with a 3 in flush valve to insure the issue does not occur again. I also informed him that there could also be another issue down the line that we would need to camera to detect. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: first step replace toilet and see if issue is resolved second step is to camera down the main line from the toilet and inspect and see if there are any issues JOB NOTES: landlord tenets situation.
