CUSTOMER STATED: upstairs hall bathroom toilet keeps clogging up. We are the 5 visit for the same issue TECHNICIAN NOTES: found upstairs hall bathroom toilet clogged. Managed to plunge toilet to clear the line. After testing found the toilet is flushing fine with paper. After using an above average amount of paper the toilet clogged again. Informed home owner that the toilet is old and likely needs to be replaced with one with a 3 in flush valve to insure the issue does not occur again. I also informed him that there could also be another issue down the line that we would need to camera to detect. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: first step replace toilet and see if issue is resolved second step is to camera down the main line from the toilet and inspect and see if there are any issues JOB NOTES: landlord tenets situation.
